Please read before purchase. Thank you for adhering to all policies listed.

• All wigs are custom sewing machine made by PSU or premade by our hair vendors. 

• All sales are final for custom wigs.

• Payment plans available.​

• At PSU we strive to provide high quality wigs that meet our clients needs. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. If you have any issues with your wig, please contact us within 14 days so the issue can be resolved.

• If the issue is due to PSU's error, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable. 

• All custom made wig orders will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. 

• Custom Ready to wear wigs will ship within 2-3 business days.

• PSU is not responsible for any damaged packages once it is in the possession of carrier. 

• If your package is lost in the mail, all packages come with insurance. We will contact the carrier.

• Pick Up is available 1-2 business days after purchase/ processing time. Pick up is based upon availability. 

• PSU is not responsible for incorrect measurements given for custom orders. If you provide incorrect measurements , unfortunately this can not be fixed and unit will not fit properly. Please measure carefully!
